- Provide comprehensive support to member companies and cooperatives in Eastern Europe, especially in Poland (via phone, written communication, and on-site visits)
- Implement sales concepts and assist in promotional activities and the acquisition of new member companies in the region, acting as a liaison between members and various E/D/E service departments
- Organize and prepare for member meetings and trade fairs, including follow-up activities
- Actively contribute to catalog and digital projects and provide various language support Services

Profil
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a university degree and have gained initial experience in a similar role
- Ideally, you have some experience in supporting international customers and possess a strong service orientation
- Excellent written and spoken Polish and English skills are essential; good German skills are also desirable
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel frequently to visit member companies in Poland and occasionally in Slovakia/Czech Republic
- Strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a high level of intercultural competence
